The dojo teaches full-contact Kyokushin karate, with separate children's groups by age and a competition group for ambitious students. 1

The youngest group focuses on playful movement, coordination, concentration and first karate basics, while the older children's groups train kihon and kata. 4

The training hall has 90 m² of mat, a 40 m² performance area and a 20 m² lounge. 8 All members belong to the association Sportunion Karate Do Kyokushinkai, so gradings are internationally recognised and members can join exams, training camps and seminars. 9
